The Saginaw Township Fire Department aimed to bolster their recruitment efforts by revamping their flyer to attract dedicated individuals within Saginaw Township passionate about serving and protecting.
Process
I collaborated with a Cardinal Solutions interdisciplinary faculty/student team for the Saginaw Township Fire Department Recruitment and Marketing Initiative.
To craft an impactful design, I utilized a department provided silhouette as a backdrop, overlaying a compelling call to action.
The position benefits and requirements were tailored to resonate with the target audience.
Followed by integrating a QR Code for easier application access and immediate engagement with the firefighter form.
Outcome
Inspiring interest and swift engagement, the updated flyer design utilized a compelling silhouette and a call to action, while thoughtfully presenting job details and streamlining the application process with a QR Code.
