Problem
The Art Department at Saginaw Valley State University aimed to develop Advisoar, a user-friendly student advisor app offering course guidance, academic support connections, and degree program exploration, catering to students' educational needs.
Process
To address this, I identified user needs and crafted a user experience flowchart to map the app's interface.
Followed by creating wireframes to organize concepts, employed InVision for functional testing, and used insights from usability tests to refine the final prototype on Adobe XD.
Outcome
The developed Advisoar app ensured students could easily navigate essential features from progress tracking to exploring future plans, offering a structured experience at Saginaw Valley State University.
